In my sophomore year, I took a course on Russian Politics. During the course, one of the assignments was to discuss the impact Leonid Brezhnev had on Russia. By looking at his policies and government structure, I showcased the stagnation of the Soviet Union as a result of his leadership and its ultimate impact on the longevity of the USSR.
