Political Science Capstone Anti-Racism and Ensuring the Right to Food: Examining and Addressing the Impacts of Race and Ethnicity on Food Security
As a graduation requirement at Clark University, I was required to complete a capstone research course for my political science major. I chose to take a class on the Politics of Food and Drink, focusing on related policies in the US. At the end of the semester, each student conducted independent research on a related topic of our choosing; and my research was on the inherent racial and ethnic inequalities in experiences of food insecurity.
